摘要
大学生创业是以在校大学生或毕业大学生为创业主体的创业过程。随着我国经济社会的发展转型和就业压力的逐年增大,自主创业受到越来越多大学生的青睐。为探究职业锚理论下大学生自主创业的动机,文章从职业锚理论类型入手,在掌握理论知识的基础上,选取大学生为调查对象,采用问卷调查法,分析现阶段大学生职业锚的类型以及创业倾向,并结合实际数据,总结大学生自主创业的动机分类与影响大学生自主创业动机的因素,以期为大学生创业生涯规划提供相应的参考与建议。
College students’entrepreneurship is a process in which college students or graduates take the entrepreneurship as the main body.With the development and transformation of our economy and society and the increasing employment pressure,college students’entrepreneurship has been favored by more and more college students.Career anchor theory to explore the college students entrepreneurial motivation,this article obtains from the career anchor type of theory,on the basis of the theory of knowledge,to choose a college students as the research object,application of questionnaire investigation and analysis of present college students’career anchor entrepreneurial tendencies,and connecting with the actual data,summarize the motivation of college students’self-employment classification and influence factors about the motive of the college students,in order to provide corresponding thinking and suggestions for college students’career planning.
