新工科背景下“材料成形工艺”混合式课程体系建设 被引量:1

摘要 “新工科”“中国制造”等对高等院校工科人才的培养提出了更新的要求,更注重综合素质和解决复杂工程问题的实践创新能力。“材料成形工艺”是材料类专业的基础课,在整个课程体系中起着承上启下的作用。其通常由铸造成形、塑性成形和焊接成形三大部分组成,具有知识点多、知识面广的特点。随着课程学分的不断减小,传统课堂教学已无法满足课程的需求,探讨和建立混合式的课程体系就具有重要的现实意义。本文以学生为中心,结合课程体系,对“材料成形工艺”混合式课程体系建设展开研究,结合多年教学经验,总结教学目标、教学内容的构建,提出了教学执行过程和多元化的教学评价体系,为同类型课程的混合式课程体系建设提供有益参考。 "New Engineering"and"Made in China"have put forward new requirements for the training of engineering talents in colleges and universities,paying more attention to comprehensive quality and practical and innovative ability to solve complex engineering problems.Material Forming Process is a basic course for material majors,which plays a connecting role in the whole curriculum system.It usually consists of three parts:casting forming,plastic forming and welding forming.It has the characteristics of many knowledge points and a wide range of knowledge.With the continuous reduction of course credits,traditional classroom teaching has been unable to meet the needs of the curriculum,so it is of great practical significance to explore and establish a hybrid curriculum system.This paper focuses on students and combines the curriculum system to study the construction of the mixed curriculum system of Materials Forming Technology.Based on years of teaching experience,this paper summarizes the construction of teaching objectives and teaching content,and puts forward the teaching implementation process and diversified teaching evaluation system,which provides a useful reference for the construction of the mixed curriculum system of the same type of courses.
