摘要
大学生科研训练计划(Student Research Training,简称SRT)是一种旨在提升大学生综合素质的科研项目资助计划。文章通过简述SRT计划在国内外的发展历程,针对国内目前农科人才科研训练中存在的创新能力不足、科研积极性不够、价值观偏差等问题,浅析SRT对新农科人才培养的重要意义:SRT计划能提升新农科专业学生的创新能力、科研素养和学习积极性,培养新农科学生正确的价值观,从理论、实践、思想三位一体地培养思想政治站位高、实践能力强及具有创新精神的实用型新农科技术人才。
The Student Research Training(SRT)is a scientific research project funding plan aimed at improving the comprehensive quality of college students.The development process of SRT program at home and abroad was briefly described,and the significance of SRT to the cultivation of new agricultural talents was analyzed in view of the problems such as insufficient innovation ability,research enthusiasm,and improper values existing in domestic scientific research training of new agricultural talents in this paper.The significance of SRT plan is summarized as to improve the innovation ability,scientific research accomplishment and learning enthusiasm of new agricultural students,cultivate the correct values of new agricultural students,and cultivate practical new agricultural technical talents with high ideological and political standing,strong practical ability and innovative spirit from the perspective of theory,practice and thought.
