摘要
高校劳动教育是素质教育的重要环节,是大学生确证自我主体性、实现自身全面发展的重要途径。新中国成立以来,高等院校劳动教育在探索中稳步发展,为高校培育大学生劳动精神积累了宝贵的经验。高校应建立科学的劳动精神培育体系,持续推进高校劳动教育课程建设,完善高校劳动教育育人效果评价机制,引导大学生在劳动实践中确立正确的劳动价值观念,实现个体自然属性、社会属性、精神属性与实践属性的高度统一。
Labor education in universities is an important link in quality education and an important way for college students to confirm their subjectivity and achieve their comprehensive development.Since the establishment of the People's Republic of China,labor education in higher education institutions has steadily developed through exploration,accumulating valuable experience for universities to cultivate the spirit of labor among college students.Universities should establish a scientific system for cultivating labor spirit,continue to promote the construction of labor education courses in universities,improve the evaluation mechanism for the effectiveness of labor education in universities,guide college students to establish correct labor values in labor practice,and achieve a high degree of unity between individual natural,social,spiritual,and practical attributes.
