摘要
新生入学教育是大学教育的起点,是大学生涯的第一课。做好新生入学教育工作,对加强和改进大学生思想政治教育,帮助大学新生尽快适应大学学习生活,顺利实现角色转变等具有重要意义。文章通过分析新时代大学生的特点,重点剖析了当前高校新生入学教育的现状,针对性地提出了发挥主体性和主动性作用、兼顾学生共性和个性、根据学生需要逐层递进以及各类路径协同发力等对策,以达到增强大学生入学教育实效性的效果。
Freshmen admission education is the starting point of college education and the first lesson of college career.Doing a good job in enrollment education for college students is of great significance to strengthening and improving ideological and political education for college students,helping college students adapt to college learning and life as soon as possible,and successfully realizing role transformation.By analyzing the characteristics of college students in the new era,this article focuses on analyzing the current situation of enrollment education for college freshmen,and specifically proposes strategies such as giving full play to the role of subjectivity and initiative,taking into account the common personality of students,advancing step by step according to students'needs,and coordinating various paths to achieve the effect of enhancing the effectiveness of enrollment education for college students.
