摘要
文章在阐述现代学徒制内涵的基础上,分析了现代学徒制在高职财经类专业中的应用价值,结合教学实践,总结了高职院校财经类专业现代学徒制育人模式存在的问题,立足于“双高计划”背景下,提出优化策略,逐步建立健全的校企“双赢”合作机制,转化企业合作思路,确立“双赢”思想,实现校企双主体育人。
On the basis of elaborating on the connotation of modern apprenticeship system,the article analyzes the value of its application in higher vocational finance and economics majors.Combining with teaching practice,the article summarizes the problems in the modern apprenticeship education mode of finance and economics majors in higher vocational colleges.Based on the background of the"Double High Plan",the article proposes optimization strategies,gradually establishes a sound"win-win"cooperation mechanism between schools and enterprises,transforms enterprise cooperation ideas,and establishes the"win-win"idea,and realizes the dual ownership of sports personnel between schools and enterprises.
