摘要
创新创业教育是高校人才培养工作的重要内容。基于创新创业教育开展药学专业人才培养工作,不仅可满足药学行业发展对专业创新型人才的迫切需求,还可适应“互联网+”对药学专业人才提出的新要求。高校应以创新创业项目为牵引、以课程优化为抓手、以实践教学为助力开展相关人才培养活动,在药学专业教学中增加创新创业教育元素,使学生在专业知识中寻找创新点,通过创新巩固专业理论知识,为药学专业教学发展、培养合格创新创业人才提供可行性参考。
Innovation and entrepreneurship education is an important part of talent cultivation in universities.The training of pharmaceutical professionals based on innovation and entrepreneurship education can not only meet the urgent needs of pharmaceutical industry development for professional innovative talents,but also meet the new requirements of"Internet plus"for pharmaceutical professionals.Universities should take innovation and entrepreneurship projects as the driving force,curriculum optimization as the starting point,and practical teaching as the assistance to carry out relevant talent cultivation activities.Innovation and entrepreneurship education elements should be added to pharmaceutical professional teaching,so that students can find innovative points in their professional knowledge,consolidate professional theoretical knowledge through innovation,and provide feasible references for the development of pharmaceutical professional teaching and the cultivation of qualified innovation and entrepreneurship talents.
