摘要
专业群建设是高职院校内涵式发展、提质增效的重要内容与关键抓手,是对接产业发展需求、创新高职院校人才培养模式的重要助推力。高水平专业群建设是推动我国高等职业教育高质量发展的重要战略举措,高校需深入了解产业结构逻辑、岗位需求逻辑和知识统筹逻辑。文章阐述了高职院校专业群的基本内涵,并基于高职院校专业群的组群逻辑,分析了高职院校专业群组群建设的问题现状及原因,并依此制订专业群人才培养方案,旨在促进职业教育高质量发展。
The construction of professional clusters is an important content and key grip for the connotation development and quality enhancement of higher education institutions,and is an important boost to dovetailwith industrial development needs and innovate the talent cultivationmode of higher education institutions.The construction of high-level professional clusters is an important strategic initiative to promote the high-quality development of higher education institutions in China,which requires an in-depth understanding of the logic of industrial structure,the logic of job demand and the logic of knowledge coordination.Therefore,this paper elaborates the basic connotation of professional clusters in higher education institutions,analyzes the current situation of the problems and reasons for the construction of professional clusters in higher education institutions based on the grouping logic of professional clusters in higher education institutions,and formulates the talent training programof professional clusters in higher education institutions accordingly to promote the high level development of higher education institutions.
