摘要
研究总结《新亚学规》这个现代书院制的起源性学规,对于促进新时代高职院校书院制改革具有重要意义。文章在分析高职院校书院制改革概况及面临主要问题的基础上,从求学与做人,学业、事业与职业,通识与专业,教师与课程,知识与人格,学习与生活等方面总结《新亚学规》的主要内涵,从做人教育、通识教育、师资队伍、劳动教育和美育、树立志向、提升内心修养等方面分析了《新亚学规》对高职院校书院制改革的启示,努力为高职院校书院制改革提供有益参考。
Studying and summarizing the"New Asia Academic Regulations",which is the origin of the modern academy system,is of great significance for promoting the reform of the academy system in vocational colleges in the new era.Based on the analysis of the general situation and main problems faced by the reform of the academy system in vocational colleges,this article summarizes the main connotations of the New Asia School Regulations from aspects such as learning and character development,academic,career and career,general education and profession,teachers and curriculum,knowledge and personality,learning and life,etc.From the perspectives of education for character development,general education,teaching staff,labor education and aesthetic education,setting aspirations This article analyzes the inspiration of the"New Asia Academic Regulations"on the reform of the college system in vocational colleges in terms of enhancing inner cultivation,and strives to provide useful references for the reform of the college system in vocational colleges.
