摘要
高校院系办公室作为重要的管理部门,其在各项管理活动中起着协调服务的作用,高校院系办公室管理职能的发挥,对推动高校院系持续发展具有重要意义。文章从激励保健理论角度出发,分析了我国高校院系办公室管理的现状,总结了管理中存在的问题,并从保健和激励两方面提出了相应对策,旨在更好地发挥高校院系办公室纽带与桥梁的作用,提高办公室的工作质量,助推高校院系行政工作和管理工作的持续发展。
As an important management department,the office of a university department plays a coordinating and serving role in various management activities.The full play of the management function of the office of a university department is of great significance in promoting the sustainable development of the university department.Starting from the perspective of incentive healthcare theory,this article analyzes the current situation of office management in university departments in China,summarizes the problems in management,and proposes corresponding countermeasures from the perspectives of health care and motivation.The aim is to better play the role of a link and bridge between university department offices,improve the quality of office work,and promote the sustainable development of administrative and management work in university departments.
