摘要
目的:制备具有不同微观结构的复合成骨支架材料,并对其性能进行评价。方法:本研究在壳聚糖明胶有机溶剂系统瞬时相位分离过程中,调整作用参数,包括明胶壳聚糖比、壳聚糖与明胶混合时间、明胶的交联,得到一系列复合成骨支架,通过电镜观察和培养成骨细胞对合成的新型支架进行评价。结果:实验获得了新型的复合成骨支架,具有可调的微观结构和良好的生物学性能。结论:控制相互作用参数,调节多糖蛋白质有机溶剂系统中的瞬时相分离过程,产生的复合成骨支架在修复牙槽骨缺损和种植区域骨量不足方面具有良好的研究前景。
Objective:This study presented a novel approach in fabricating scaffolds of chitosan and gelatin and evaluated its characteristics.Methods:In the chitosan-gelatin-organicsolvent system,theycontrolled the interaction parameters of chitosan and gelatin,including the ratio of gelatin to chitosan,the mixing time and the crosslinking of gelatin,hybrid scaffolds were obtained.Results:They achieved hybrid scaffolds with dominant characteristics and excellent biological behavior.Conclusion:Thescaffolds showed a good application potential in the treatment of loss of alveolar bone loss.
