宽凸缘异状筒形零件的拉深工艺设计

摘要 针对宽凸缘异状筒形零件的拉深工艺设计,提出了当量筒形直径的概念,阐述了宽凸缘异状筒形零件拉深工艺参数的设计方法,指出工序件的坯料尺寸、首次拉深系数、拉深高度等工艺参数的设计与当量筒形直径有关,而凸缘外径的确定可参考常规设计,从而设计合理的拉深工艺,满足宽凸缘异状筒形零件的拉深要求. For the design of deep drawing process of wide flange heterogeneous barrel-shaped parts,we proposed the concept of equivalent barrel diameter,elaborated the design method of drawing process parameters of wide flange heterogeneous barrel-shaped parts,and pointed out that the design of process parameters such as blank size,first drawing coefficient and drawing height of process parts are related to equivalent barrel diameter.Besides,the determination of flange outer diameter can refer to conventional design so as to design a reasonable deep drawing process and meet the deep drawing requirements of wide flange heterogeneous barrel-shaped parts.
