原发性闭角型青光眼基于体素的形态学的3.0T MRI研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的采用基于体素的形态学(VBM)测量方法比较原发性闭角型青光眼(PACG)患者与正常对照(HCs)组间全脑灰质体积(GMV)之间改变。方法选取47例PACG患者(20例男性和27例女性)和47名年龄、性别、教育程度相匹配的HCs(20名男性和27名女性)接受静息状态磁共振成像扫描。MRI数据是基于SPM8软件使用VBM分析方法分析。结果与HCs相比,PACG患者双侧小脑后叶、左侧岛叶、颞中回、额中回、右侧颞上回GMV减小,右侧岛叶、右侧额中回GMV增加。结论PACG患者在视觉、情感认知、情绪脑区表现出不同程度的脑结构改变,为理解PACG患者视功能丢失及情感、认知功能障碍神经机制提供了帮助。 Objective The aim of this study is to explore the whole-brain gray matter volume(GMV)difference between primary angle closure glaucoma(PACG)patients and healthy controls(HCs)using a voxel-based morphometry method.Methods A total of 47 PACG individuals(twenty males and twenty-seven females)and 47 HCs(twenty males and twenty-seven females)closely matched in age,sex,and education underwent resting-state magnetic resonance imaging scans.We investigate the different GMV values between the two groups.The MRI data were processed using SPM8 software in voxel-based morphometry 8 toolbox.Results Compared with HCs,PACG showed decreased gray matter volume in bilateral cerebellum posterior lobe、left insula、middle temporal gyrus、right superior temporal gyrus、middle frontal gyrus and increased gray matter volume in right insula and middle frontal gyrus.Conclusion We demonstrated that PACG patients showed altered brain structure in visual pathway regions and limbic system,which might provide some useful information to explore the neural mechanisms of impaired long distance vision,emotional and cognitive disorders in PACG.
