Determination of neutron capture cross sections of 232Th(n,γ)232Th at 2.8 MeV using the neutron activation method

摘要 用中子活化法和离线γ能谱测量技术对2.8MeV中子引起的232Th(n,γ)233Th反应截面进行了测量.2.8 MeV强流中子由D-D中子发生器获得,中子注量率的波动通过测量伴随3He粒子得到;中子的平均能量通过64Zn(n,p)64Cu和115In(n,n′)115mIn的反应截面比得到.γ能谱采用低本底高分辨率高纯锗伽马谱仪进行测量.实验结果与已发布的截面数据及评价核数据库ENDF/B-Ⅷ.b4、JENDL-4.0u+和CENDL-3.1的数据进行了比较.利用模型程序TALYS-1.8对232Th的中子俘获反应激发函数曲线进行理论计算,并与实验数据和评价数据进行了对比分析. The 232Th(n,γ)233Th reaction cross section was measured at the average neutron energy of 2.8 MeV using the activation method and off-lineγ-ray spectrometric technique.2.8 MeV monoenergetic neutron was generated with a neutron generator based on D(d,n)3 He reaction.The neutron fluence rate fluctuation and average neutron energy were determined using the associated 3 He particle method and with the method of 64Zn(n,p)64Cu to 115In(n,n’)115 mIn cross section ratios for reactions,respectively.The induced gamma-ray activities were measured using a low background gamma ray spectrometer equipped with a high resolution HPGe detector.The present data and literature data in a wide range of neutron energies were compared with the evaluated data of ENDF/B-VIII.b4,JENDL-4.0 u+and CENDL-3.1.The excitation functions of 232Th(n,γ)233Th were also calculated theoretically using the TALYS-1.8 computer code to contrast and analyse the result with the experimental value and evaluated data.
