摘要
将当下建筑行业比较流行的BIM技术应用于大型教学楼的施工过程中,具有非常重要的现实意义。本文以辽宁省交通高等专科学校道桥实训楼为例,应用BIM技术对实训楼施工阶段实际情况进行分析研究,研究结果表明,通过BIM技术可以避免施工阶段产生无效的浪费,进而达到缩短项目工期、节约成本的目的,提升项目的综合经济效益。
It is of great practical significance to apply BIM technology,which is popular in the construction industry,to the construction of large teaching buildings.Taking the Road and Bridge Engineering training building of Liaoning Provincial College of Communications as an example,the application of BIM technology in the construction stage of the training building is studied.The research results show that BIM technology can avoid the ineffective waste in the construction stage,thus achieving the purpose of reducing project duration,saving costs,and improving the comprehensive economic benefits of the project.
