摘要
目的:探讨幽门螺旋杆菌(HP)感染与老年患者颈动脉狭窄的相关性。方法:回顾性分析2018年1月至2019年6月广州市增城区人民医院神经科诊治的65岁及以上的住院患者122例的临床资料,根据其HP感染情况将其分为感染组(n=74)和非感染组(n=48),分析两组颈动脉狭窄、斑块性质和HP感染之间的关系。结果:HP感染组颈动脉狭窄发生率明显高于非感染组(64.9%vs 39.6%,P=0.006),不稳定动脉粥样硬化斑块发生率也较高(62.2%vs. 47.9%,P=0.045);多因素Logistic回归分析显示HP感染、既往有脑梗死病史、年龄是老年患者颈动脉狭窄的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:在老年患者中,HP感染可能参与动脉硬化过程,影响颈动脉斑块稳定性,与颈动脉粥样硬化性狭窄程度密切相关。
Objective:To investigate the relationship between carotid artery stenosis and helicobacter pylori(HP)infection in old patient.Methods:The clinical data of 122 patient over 65-years-old in the Department of Neurology of Zengcheng District People′s Hospital of Guangzhou from Jan 2018 to Jun 2020 were divided into infected group(n=74)and non-infected group(n=48)according to their whether HP infected. The relationship of carotid artery stenosis,plaque properties and HP infected in between the two groups.Results:The incidence of carotid artery stenosis and unstable arteriosclerosis plaques in the infected group were significantly higher than that in the non-infected group(64.9%vs.39.6%,P=0.006)and(62.2% vs. 47.9%,P=0.045)respectively. They were shown that the risk factors of carotid artery stenosis include HP infection,age and previous cerebral infarction by multi-Logistic analysis.Conclusion:It′s correlated with the carotid atherosclerotic stenosis in old patients infected HP and effects the carotid plaque stability,and it may be involved in the process of atherosclerosis.
