摘要
目的:分析重庆市荣昌区人民医院院前急救的流行病学特点,探讨本区域急危重症的院前急救策略。方法:回顾性分析2017年06月1日-2019年06月30日2年内荣昌区人民医院院前急救患者的资料。结果:本院2年内共有院前急救12352例次。患者以60-70岁的老年患者为主,一天内在9-21时为院前急救的高峰时段。一年中以春季和冬季院前急救病例较多。外伤以车祸伤为主,非外伤中以神经系统疾病和消化系统疾病、心血管疾病为多见。结论:区域院前急救有一定的规律和特征。本区域的院前急救重点是外伤、神经系统疾病、消化系统疾病及心脑血管疾病。应建立胸痛、卒中和创伤等急危重症救治中心以提高急救能力。一天内在8-22时以及冬春季节应加强院前急救力量。
Objective:To discuss the strategy of pre-hospital emergency care of severe diseases by investigate the characters of pre-hospital first aid at Chong QingRong Chang Peoples Hospital.Methods:Retrospectively analyzed the data of pre-hospital first aid from July 1,2017 to June 30,2019 at the hospital.Results:There were 12,352 cases of prehospital first aid in 2 years.Patients were mainly aged 60-70 years old,and the peak period of pre-hospital first aid was 9-21 hours in one day.Prehospital emergency cases were more common in spring and winter.Most of the injuries were car accident injuries,while most of the non-injuries were nervous system diseases,digestive system diseases and cardiovascular diseases.Conclusions:Regional pre-hospital first aid has certain rules and characteristics.In this region,pre-hospital first aid focuses on trauma,nervous system diseases,digestive system diseases and cardio-cerebrovascular diseases.Critical care centers for chest pain,stroke and trauma should be established to improve first aid capacity.Pre-hospital first aid should be strengthened in 8-22 hours in a day and in winter and spring during a year.
