摘要
通过查阅、整理明清以前关于噎膈的文献,从时间维度上对其进行梳理,构建噎膈因机证治的理论框架结构。主要分为起源期、发展期、丰富期和完善期。起源期为先秦两汉隋唐时期,初步形成了五噎、五膈的论述。发展期为金元时期,已经对噎膈的部位有了明确的认识。丰富期为明代,对于噎膈的因机证治理论都有较大的丰富。完善期为清代,此时噎膈因机已经全面了解,侧重噎膈的治疗。
This paper examines and collates the literature about choking belly before the Ming and Qing dynasties,combs from the time dimension,and constructs the theoretical framework of choking hiccup.It can mainly be divided into the origin,development,enriching and perfect periods.The pre-Qin and Han Dynasties were the origin period,Sui and Tang Dynasties the initial formation of discussions about the five kinds of choke and five hiccups.Development period was the Jin and Yuan Dynasties,which had a clear understanding of choking hiccups.Enriching period was the Ming Dynasty,and there was a greater rich meachanism of choking hiccups.Perfect period was the Qing Dynasty and at this time there was a comprehensive understanding about choking hiccup,focusing on choking treatment.
