摘要
《针灸甲乙经·妇人杂病》记载商丘穴治疗不孕症,之后历代典籍多有转载,然而该穴治疗不孕症的机理并未得到进一步的阐释,以致该穴在针灸治疗不孕症的应用中并未普及。笔者尝试对商丘穴治疗不孕症的机理进行剖析并推广其临床应用,从该经的经脉所过、主治所及;标本根结、上病下取;暗含全息,调和阴阳等方面阐述商丘穴治疗不孕症的理论基础,并认为该法取穴精简,可复制性强,对于临床治疗不孕症治疗思路的开拓具有指导意义,应进一步深入挖掘。
A-B Classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion(Zhenjiu Jiayi Jing)recorded the treatment of infertility by acupuncture at Shangqiu(SP5)alone,which has been reproduced in many literature of past dynasties.However,the mechanism of the treatment of infertility with Shangqiu(SP5)has not been further explained.This acupoint has not been widely used for treating infertility.In order to analyze the mechanism of the the treatment of infertility with Shangqiu(SP5),the author attempts to analyze the mechanism of treating infertility at Shangqiu(SP5)and promote its clinical application.This paper tries to analyze the mechanism of Shangqiu(SP5)in the treatment of infertility and promote its clinical applicationfrom the meridians and the main dominating diseases.The treatment method is to treat the upper diseases by selecting the lower acupoints and has the aspects of holography and adjusting Yin and Yang.This method is simple in acupoint selection and strong in replicability,which is of guiding significance for the developing of clinical treatment of infertility and should be further explored.
