摘要
目的探讨自拟益气养心汤对骨质疏松性骨折患者术后谵妄的临床疗效。方法选取2019年1月—2019年12月于辽宁中医药大学附属医院骨伤一科行手术治疗的62例骨质疏松性骨折患者,随机分为治疗组31例和对照组31例,试验组应用自拟益气养心汤,对照组采用相同纳入标准,应用常规治疗方案。对比两组谵妄发生情况与转归。结果试验组术后谵妄发生严重程度低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自拟益气养心汤对于骨质疏松症骨折术后患者可减少谵妄发生,减轻谵妄症状,效果显著,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective To discuss the clinical effect of Yiqi Yangxin Decoction(益气养心汤)on postoperative delirium in patients with osteoporotic fracture.Methods From January to December 2019,62 patients with osteoporotic fracture were randomly divided into experimental group(n=31)and control group(n=31).The experimental group was treated with Yiqi Yangxin Decoction.In the control group,the same inclusion criteria and routine treatment were used.The occurrence and outcome of delirium were compared between the two groups.Results The severity of postoperative delirium in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Self-made Yiqi Yangxin Decoction can reduce the occurrence of delirium and alleviate the symptoms of delirium in the postoperative patients with osteoporosis fracture.
