摘要
以甲醇三塔精馏工艺为背景,结合某实际项目精馏塔底部采用双换热器作为再沸器的特点,进行控制方案优化。利用Aspen软件仿真,通过与传统甲醇精馏塔塔釜温度控制方案的对比验证了该优化方案的先进性,在保证精馏品质的同时,较好地控制了蒸汽用量,达到了节能降耗的目的,对甲醇精馏控制的工业应用具有一定指导意义。
Taking three-columns distillation process of methanol as the background,taking into consideration the dual heat exchanger as a reboiler in the distillation column bottom of one actual project,the optimization for the control scheme is in progressing.Simulations are given by using Aspen software,in contrast to the regular temperature control scheme of the bottom of methanol distillation column,the advance of the proposed optimized scheme is verified.Under the assurance of rectification quality,the steam consumption is well controlled,and the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction is achieved.It provides definite guiding significance for the industrial application for methanol distillation control.
