摘要
为更加经济、合理地回炼含有大量罐底杂质的清罐油,中国石油化工股份有限公司镇海炼化分公司探索并确立了一种清罐原油回炼新技术。该技术将清罐油通过重污油线送入焦化放空塔,利用焦炭塔冷焦时进入放空塔的余热和焦化蜡油余热进行加热预处理,其中轻组分和水随着塔内上升的气体流出塔顶并经冷却分离后进入回流罐,分离出的轻组分送至分馏塔回炼,水送至污水系统处理;重组分进入放空塔底,提压后进入焦炭塔顶作为急冷油随焦化生成油一起进焦化分馏系统从而得到回炼。工业装置运行表明,可以在单套焦化装置稳定回炼约5 t/h清罐油,装置运行平稳、各产品质量满足控制要求,设备腐蚀整体可控。与清罐原油先预处理后进常减压装置方案相比,每吨节约费用369元,年节约成本500万元以上。
In order to recycle cleaning oil containing a large amount of tank bottom impurities more economically and reasonably,SINOPEC Zhenhai Refining&Chemical Company has explored and established a new technology for recycling crude oil tank cleaning oil.It is sent to the coking vent tower through the heavy waste oil line.The waste heat entering the vent tower is used for pretreatment,wherein the light component and water come out of the tower top with the rising flow in the tower and enter the reflux tank after cooling separation.The separated light components are sent to the fractionator for refining,and the water is sent to the sewage system for treatment.The heavy components enter the bottom of the vent tower,after being pressure lifting,they enter the top of the coke tower as quench oil and coking fractionation system together with the coking generated oil to obtain refining.The operation of the industrial unit shows that it can stably treat about 5 t/h cleaning oil in a single set of coking unit.The unit runs stably,the product quality is qualified,and the equipment corrosion is overall controllable.Compared with the scheme of pre-treating crude oil tank cleaning oil and then entering the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit,the cost savings per ton is 369 yuan,and the annual cost savings are more than 5 million yuan.
