摘要
目的:评价数字减影血管造影(DSA)下两种不同方案栓塞输卵管积水的疗效有无差异。方法:153例患者DSA下行输卵管栓塞术,双侧输卵管栓塞88例,单侧输卵管栓塞65例,共栓塞241条输卵管。分为不同栓塞方案的两组,非致密栓塞方案组栓塞72条输卵管,致密栓塞方案组栓塞169条输卵管。输卵管栓塞术后1月行子宫输卵管造影术评价疗效。结果:非致密栓塞方案组成功59条输卵管(81.9%),致密栓塞方案组成功163条输卵管(96.4%),两种不同栓塞方案栓塞输卵管积水成功率有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:DSA下栓塞输卵管积水时采用多枚微弹簧圈致密栓塞方案较非致密栓塞方案有更高的成功率。
Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effects of two different embolization methods under DSA for hydrosalpinx.Methods:This study included 153 hydrosalpinx patients with 241 fallopian tubes,of which 88 cases were bilateral involved,and 65 cases were unilateral involved.The fallopian tube embolization was performed under DSA.The cases were divided into two groups according to different embolic methods.Seventy-two fallopian tubes were embolized with none-dense packing of coils,while 169 fallopian tube cases were densely embolized with multiple coils.Hysterosalpingopraphy was under-taken one month later to evaluate the effect.The therapeutic effects were evaluated by hysterosalpingography one month later.Result:The successful rate of embolization was 81.9%(59/72)for single coil group and 96.4%(163/169)for multiple coil group,respectively.The results were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Dense embolization of hydrosalpinx with multiple coils under DSA may be more successful than embolization with none-dense packing of coils.
