摘要
目的运用数据挖掘方法分析针灸治疗发作性睡病选穴规律。方法检索中国知网(CNKI)、维普数据库(VIP)、万方数据库(WF)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)近20年针灸治疗发作性睡病相关文献,导入Excel工作表中建立数据库并进行描述性分析;运用IMB SPSS Statistics 25.0软件作为高频腧穴聚类分析工具;运用IMB SPSS Modeler 18.0软件作为高频腧穴关联规则分析工具。结果总计纳入20篇文献,包含23首针灸处方、55个腧穴,腧穴运用总频次为166次。使用频率前15位腧穴依次为百会、内关、风池、足三里、神门、三阴交、四神聪、照海、印堂、太冲、申脉、风府、丰隆、水沟、合谷。聚类分析结果分为3大类,百会聚为第1类,风府聚为第2类,其余腧穴聚为第3类。关联规则分析发现支持度最高的腧穴组合为百会→内关,置信度最高的腧穴组合为百会→四神聪。结论通过数据挖掘发现针灸治疗发作性睡病的选穴以督脉为主,多采用百会穴,配合内关、四神聪,达到调和阴阳、开窍醒脑的作用。
Objective The data mining technology was used to explore the acupoint selection rules for narcolepsy,so as to provide references of clinical acupuncture for narcolepsy.Methods Literatures were collected from the databases of CNKI,VIP,WanFang,CBM in recent 10 years.Imported into Excel worksheets to establish database and descriptive analysis;use IBM SPSS Statistics 25.0 software to clustering analyse the high frequency acupuncture points;use IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 software to association rules analyse the high frequency acupuncture points.Results A total of 20 literatures were included,including 23 acupuncture prescriptions and 55 acupoints.The total frequency of acupoint use was 166 times.The top 15 acupoints were Baihui(GU20),Neiguan(PC6),Fengchi(GB20),Zusanli(ST36),Shenmen(HT7),Sanyinjiao(SP6),Sishencong(EX-HN1),Zhaohai(KI6),Yintang(EX-HN3),Taichong(LR3),Shenmai(BL62),Fengfu(DU16),Fenglong(ST40),Shuigou(DU26)and Hegu(LI4).Cluster analysis results could be divided into three categories,Baihui(GU20)as the first category,Fengfu(DU16)as the second category,and other acupoints as the third category.Association rule analysis showed that the acupoint group with the highest support was Baihui(GU20)→Neiguan(PC6),and the acupoint group with the highest confidence was Baihui(GU20)→Sishencong(EX-HN1).Conclusion Through data mining,it is found that the acupoints of acupuncture and moxibustion for narcolepsy are mainly Du meridian,Baihui(GU20),combined with Neiguan(PC6)and Sishencong(EX-HN1),so as to harmonize Yin and Yang,open the mind and awaken the brain.
