家具生产系统中与生产运输相关的敏感度因子分析

Simulation-based analysis of transportation-related elements in wooden furniture manufacturing system

摘要 现阶段木制家具生产系统中仍存在由机械自动化工序和全人力手动生产工序相结合的生产模式,家具产品生产线的效率不仅由生产线设计布局所影响,同时被与生产线运输相关的因素所影响。基于对木门产品生产工序中与运输相关影响因子例如运输时间、中转区容量、运输批量大小三个因素的分析进行数学模型的探讨。基于木门产品生产线的实例(Flexsim软件模拟,ANOVA和DEA软件进行数理统计)探讨该敏感度测试模型中各因子的影响比例,其中运输时间因子占比0.675,运输批次大小因子占比0.324,中转区容量因子占比0.001。该研究结果直观传达木门产品生产中影响生产效率的与运输相关因素的占比大小,有利于后续对生产线规划,运输工具、运输途径等细节做改良提升。该敏感度因子分析模型同时可以被借鉴利用到其他家具产品生产系统中。 In wooden furniture manufacturing system,many of production lines still have manual/semi-auto operations and traditional transportation method.The efficiency of production line is not only affected by production line design,but also is affected by transportation.This research is to create a sensitive analysis model of transportation time,buffer storage size and batch size to determine the influence weight of these three elements.Based on a wooden wood manufacturing production line,different scenarios of transportation time,buffer storage size and batch size were designed for sensitive analysis.After the simulation and results analysis(ANOVA and DEA),transportation time has highest influence weight 0.675,batch size has 0.324 on influence weight and buffer storage has almost influence on production line efficiency(0.001 influence weight).The results directly prove effects on production line efficiency and the weight factor could be used in optimization of transportation-related elements.In the future,this model could be considered in different cases or other manufacturing systems.
