摘要
法律、文化、社会秩序三者间存在一定的契合性,三者之间的互相对话促进了三者的发展,也展现出不同于以往的全新特征。第十届“法律与社会”高端论坛以“新时代的法律、文化和社会秩序:一种多学科的对话”为主题,围绕“有道的法律与社会文化”“法律社会学的理论探讨”“基层法治建设的理论和实践”“疫情防控中的法律与秩序”四个分论题进行分析,使得“社会中的法”与“法中的社会”进行了有效对话,对其梳理将有助于展现多学科视角下的法律、文化与社会秩序的全新样貌,促进三者共同发展。
There is a certain commonality between law,culture and social order,and the dialogue among them has promoted the development of the three,which also shows new characteristics different from the previous ones.With the theme of"Law,Culture and Social Order in the new era:A Multidisciplinary Dialogue",the 10 th"Law and Society"High-Level Forum focused on the theme of"Law and Social Culture with regularity"."Theoretical discussion on sociology of law","Theory and practice of grassroots rule of law construction"and"Law and order in epidemic prevention and control",making"Law in Society"and"Society in Law"communicating effectively,The analysis of them will help to show the new appearance of law,culture and social order in a multidisciplinary perspective and promote the mutual development of the three.
