摘要
介绍了长安某车型远近光灯盖板的单腔双射模具结构,该模具结构相比常规双射注射模,不但极大地降低了模具和注射成型成本,还大幅缩短了模具开发周期,可为类似塑件的注射模设计提供参考。
This paper introduces the single cavity and double injection mold structure of the far and near light lamp cover plate of a model of changan.Compared with the conventional double injection mold,this mold structure not only greatly reduces the cost of mold and injection molding,but also greatly reduces the development cycle of the mold.The structure and molding process of the mold are introduced in detail in this paper,which can provide reference for the design of the injection mold of similar products.
