摘要
文化帝国主义的数字出场,乃是垄断资本络续反噬全球文明的霸权缩影。在资本增殖与权力扩张双重逻辑宰制下,文化帝国主义意图迈入数字垄断阶段,其真实目的是要借助数字技术重塑西方文化模式的移植外衣和生成场域,在数字媒介的单向统摄中实现数字资本的价值增殖,这引发了一系列全球文明的新殖民危机。在文化主权层面,突破现实时空壁垒的西方意识形态霸权络续噬食着其他文明的价值取向、话语权威甚至文化根基;在文化产业层面,畸变的数字文化生产在智能仿真和算法推荐的符号编码下加速了文化主体的异化状态;在文化外交层面,资本与权力联动下的文化帝国主义政策和发展动向窒碍着中国的数字文明建设。在构筑文化安全的数字屏障过程中,中国既需要完善数字空间治理体系,建构良善数字业态,更要实现数字命运共同体的价值复归,祛除文化帝国主义数字殖民的全球威势。
The digital appearance of cultural imperialism is the epitome of hegemony in which monopoly capital continues to bite global civilization.Under the dual logic domination of capital proliferation and power expansion,cultural imperialism intends to step into the stage of digital monopoly.Its real purpose is to realize the value proliferation of digital capital in the one-way control of digital media with the help of digital reshaping of the transplanted coat and field of western cultural model,which has produced a series of new colonial crises of global civilization.At the level of cultural sovereignty,western ideological hegemony,which breaks through the barriers of time and space in reality,continues to eat the value orientation,discourse authority and even cultural foundation of other civilizations.At the level of cultural industry,distorted digital cultural production accelerates the alienation of cultural subjects under the symbol coding recommended by intelligent simulation and algorithm.At the level of cultural diplomacy,the policy and development trend of cultural imperialism under the linkage of capital and power stifle the order of digital civilization in China.In the process of building the digital barrier of cultural security,it is necessary to improve the digital space governance system for building agood digital format,and realize the value restoration of the digital destiny community and eliminate the global power of cultural imperialism digital colonization.
