开发了一种智能燃气表内置切断阀密封性检测装置,由微控制器、压力采集装置、模数转换装置、行程电磁阀、充气电磁阀、计时器、温度传感器、设置装置等组成。描述检测流程。内置切断阀密封性检测装置通过检测停止充气增压时内置切断阀内部气体压力与一定检漏时长后的气体压力之差来判断内置切断阀密封性是否合格。介绍多个内置切断阀并行检测装置的结构和特点,能够实现对内置切断阀的批量、高效并行检测。
An intelligent gas meter built-in shut-off valve sealing detection device is developed,which consists of a microcontroller,a pressure collecting device,an analog-to-digital conversion device,a stroke solenoid valve,an inflatable solenoid valve,a timer,a temperature sensor,a setting device and so on.The inspection process is described.The built-in shutoff valve sealing detection device determines whether or not the built-in shut-off valve is qualified by detecting the difference between the gas pressure inside the builtin shut-off valve and the gas pressure after a certain leak detection time when the pneumatic pressurization is stopped.The structure and characteristics of multiple built-in shut-off valve parallel detection devices are introduced,which can realize batch and high-efficiency parallel detection of built-in shut-off valves.
