摘要
对江苏省19所本科高校的校友会进行调查,发现校友会治理存在着双重管理体制导致的组织发展受限、会员代表大会选举过程不规范、理事会实际主体职能虚化、监事会职能发挥不充分以及执行人员工作投入有限等问题。这些问题影响了校友会治理结构的稳定性与组织的长效运行。高校校友会治理的优化路径是:加强决策层的决策能力;强化监事会的监督职能;提升执行层人员的专业水平;建立信息透明的监督机制;构建扁平化的治理结构。
Surveying the alumni association of 19 undergraduate universities,this study finds that the governance of alumni association has the double management systems.That leads to the problems as follows:limitation of organization development,be lack of standardization during the election process of member representative conference,and function vignette of the actual subject in council,not fully development of supervisors,limited work of executives,etc.Those problems influence the stability of governance instruction and long running of organization for alumni association.The optimization path of alumni association in university are as follows:strengthening the decision-making ability of the decision-making layer,improving the function performance of the supervisory layer,enhancing the professional level of the executive layer,giving full play to the external supervision function of the organizational structure and building a flat final governance structure.
