伯利亚学院位于美国肯塔基州,是一所四年制私立文理学院,以其创新和杰出的劳动教育而闻名全美。对伯利亚学院劳动教育体系的考察,包括其发展历程、组织与管理、目标与内容、评价等方面。健全的劳动教育组织管理体系,可操作性的劳动教育目标,丰富性、连贯性、层次性的劳动教育内容,是伯利亚学院劳动教育长效运行的重要基础。
Berea College is a private,four-year liberal arts college in the state of Kentucky,which is known throughout the United States for its innovation and excellence in labor education.Taking Berea College is as an example to analyze labor education system,including the development,organization and management,the goal and content,assessment,etc.The results show that:the sound of labor education organization and management system,clear operational labor education goals,set the richness,coherence,and level of labor education content,are important basis for Berea College running a long-term labor education,which can provide reference for implementation of labor education in Chinese colleges and universities.
