摘要
项目经理负责制作为咨询企业项目管理的重要一环,通过描述项目经理负责制的历史沿革和重要意义,分析煤炭规划院实施项目经理负责制的现状和存在的问题,从组织架构、流程管理、制度优化、考核方案4个方面构建咨询项目经理负责制的优化方案,提出完善的对策建议,包括加强顶层设计、制度宣贯、人才培养、考核激励等,为煤炭规划院实现煤炭行业权威咨询机构和能源领域一流新型高端智库提供智力支撑。
The project manager responsibility system is responsible for creating an important part of project management in consulting enterprises.By describing the historical evolution and significance of the project manager responsibility system,this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the implementation of the project manager responsibility system in the Coal Planning Institute.From four aspects:organizational structure,process management,system optimization,and assessment plan,an optimization plan for the consulting project manager responsibility system is constructed,and suggestions for further improvement are proposed,Including strengthening top-level design,institutional promotion,talent cultivation,assessment and incentives,providing intellectual support for the Coal Planning Institute to become an authoritative consulting institution in the coal industry and a first-class new high-end think tank in the energy field.
