语言文字事业具有基础性、全局性、社会性和全民性,在党和国家工作大局中具有重要地位和作用。习近平总书记从铸牢中华民族共同体意识的战略高度,对新时代语言文字事业作出总体谋划,形成了以推广普及国家通用语言文字为主体,以科学保护各民族语言文字、尊重和保障少数民族语言文字学习和使用为辅翼的一体化架构。这一思想具有深厚的学理依据和显著的实践意义。新时代语言文字工作成为铸牢中华民族共同体意识的重要助推力量。
The work on spoken and written languages is fundamental,global,social and universal,and it has a vital position and role in the overall work of the Party and the State.General Secretary Xi Jinping has made an overall plan for the cause on spoken and written languages in the new era from the strategic perspective of forging a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation,formulating an integrated structure just as“one body with two wings”:the promotion and popularization of the standard spoken and written Chinese language as the mainstay,and the scientific protection of the languages and writing systems of all ethnic groups as well as respect and guarantee for the learning and use of ethnic minority languages and writing systems as the secondary wings.This idea has a profound theoretical basis and remarkable practical significance.The work on language and writing in the new era has become an important driving force in forging a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation.
