摘要
目的探讨综合护理对妇科炎症患者治疗效果的影响。方法选取110例妇科盆腔炎患者分为两组,观察组(n=55给予综合护理,对照组(n=55)给予常规护理,对比两组患者临床疗效和遵医行为。结果两组患者临床疗效对比差异明显(P<0.05)。两组患者遵医行为对比差异明显(P<0.05)。结论综合护理能有效提高妇科炎症患者遵医行为,进而促进治疗效果提高。
Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing on the treatment of gynecological inflammation patients.Methods:110 patients with gynecological pelvic inflammatory disease were divided into two groups.The observation group(n=55)was given comprehensive nursing,and the control group(n=55)was given routine nursing.The clinical efficacy and compliance behavior of the two groups were compared.Results:There was a significant difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups(P<0.05).There was significant difference in compliance behavior between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing can effectively improve the compliance behavior of patients with gynecological inflammation,and then promote the treatment effect.
