摘要
为贯彻落实国务院和教育部建设技能大师工作室,做好大国工匠优秀后备人才早期发现、选拔和培养工作,广州铁路职业技术学院通过多元共建、多方冠名及提供组织、人员、经费、制度等多层保障,积极开展轨道交通制造类工作室建设,依托工作室,形成了"教学与生产、教师与工匠、学生与学徒、作业与产品"合一的教学组织形式,开展"训·赛·研·培·创"五位一体的育人实践,取得系列成果。
In order to implement the construction of skill master studios by the State Council and the Ministry of education,and do well in the early discovery,selection and training of excellent talents of great craftsmen in major countries,Guangzhou Railway Polytechnic has actively carried out the construction of rail transit manufacturing studios through multiple co-construction,multi-party naming and provision of multi-level guarantees such as organization,personnel,funding and system.Relying on the studios,a teaching organization form has been developed by integrating"teaching and production,teachers and craftsmen,students and apprentices,and production and products".The five-in-one education practice of"training,competition,research,training and innovation"has been carried out.A series of achievements have been achieved.
