摘要
高职院校已迈入内涵建设发展、全面提升人才培养质量的新阶段。高职院校教学督导主要在教学一线工作,通过监督、检查、指导为持续改进人才培养质量提供保障。本文针对当前高职院校督导工作存在的系列问题,结合广州科技贸易职业学院教学督导工作的探索与实践,提出了解决对策,将优化督导管理体制、完善运行机制、加强队伍建设、强化结果运用作为突破口,助力学校高质量发展。
At present,higher vocational colleges have stepped into a new stage of connotative construction development and overall promotion of the quality of personnel training.Teaching Supervision in higher vocational colleges is mainly in the front-line teaching work,through supervision,inspection and guidance,continuously guaranteeing to improve the quality of personnel training.In view of a series of problems existing in the present supervisory work of Higher Vocational Colleges,this paper,combined with the exploration and research of the teaching supervisory work of Guangzhou Vocational College of Technology&Business,puts forward some countermeasures to help the high-quality development of the colleges,such as optimize the supervision and management system,improve the operating mechanism,enhance the team building,and strengthen the use of results as a breakthrough.
