摘要
围绕国内花生种植模式和农机农艺要求,针对目前花生秧蔓存在严重浪费、花生秧蔓因夹带残膜无法收集利用的现象,研制出花生植株双圆盘刀切割装置。双圆盘刀切割装置主要由液压马达、传动链轮、传动链条、圆盘刀轴、圆盘刀及固定法兰等组成,可以将花生植株秧蔓和根盘分离,得到不夹带残膜及泥土等杂质的花生秧蔓和合理留茬高度的花生根盘,为花生秧蔓的收集利用提供基础。通过对花生植株双圆盘刀切割装置的研制与分析可知:圆盘刀材质为钨系高速钢W18CR4V,直径为250mm,厚度10mm,两片刀片重叠部分20mm,最佳转速范围为410~460r/min。同时,利用Ansys分析软件对圆盘刀进行模态分析,得到满足强度要求的双圆盘刀切割装置,可为秧果兼收型花生联合收获机提供结构基础。
Around the domestic peanut cultivation mode and agronomic requirements of agricultural machinery,aiming at the serious waste of peanut seedlings and the fact that peanut seedlings can not be collected and utilized because of the residual film,a double disc cutter cutting device for peanut plants was developed.The double disc cutter cutting device is mainly composed of hydraulic motor,transmission sprocket,transmission chain,disc cutter shaft,disc cutter and fixed flange.The device can separate the seedling and root disc of peanut plant,and obtain the peanut seedling without residual film and soil and the reasonable stubble height of peanut root disc,which provides a basis for the collection and utilization of peanut seedling.Through the development and analysis of the double disc knife cutting device for peanut plant,it is obtained that the material of the disc knife is W-series high-speed steel W18 CR4 V,the diameter is 250 mm,the thickness is 10 mm,the overlapping part of the two blades is 20 mm,and the optimum speed range is 410-460 r/min.The modal analysis of the disc knife is carried out by using Ansys analysis software,and the double disc knife cutting device meeting the strength requirements is obtained,which is to harvest both seedlings and flowers.The combined harvester provides the structural basis.
