摘要
针对汽车制造业技术创新能力与整体发展水平不匹配的问题,采用实证研究的方法,以2016-2020年沪深两市A股汽车制造业上市公司为样本,建立规模报酬可变的DEA模型及产出导向Malmquist指数模型,分析汽车制造业的技术创新效率。研究表明:2016-2020年汽车制造业的技术创新效率增长缓慢。受汽车企业的科研管理水平、科研投入与产出结构不合理等因素限制,资源利用率较低,但汽车制造业创新投入是有效的,进而实现了行业规模的标准化和平稳增长。研究结论为汽车制造业突破限制因素,科学利用资源,提高技术创新效率提供参考。
In view of the mismatch between the technological innovation ability of automobile manufacturing industry and the overall development level,using the empirical research method,taking the A-share automobile manufacturing listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen stock markets from 2016 to 2020 as samples,the DEA model with variable return to scale and the output oriented Malmquist index model are established to analyze the technological innovation efficiency of automobile manufacturing industry.It is found that the technological innovation efficiency of automobile manufacturing industry increased slowly from 2016 to 2020.Due to the limited scientific research management level of automobile enterprises,unreasonable scientific research input and output structure and other reasons,the resource utilization rate is low,but the innovation investment in automobile manufacturing industry is effective,thus realizing the standardization and steady growth of industry scale.However,there are still some problems of insufficient innovation ability,such as the total factor productivity of automobile manufacturing industry does not reach the optimal level,and the innovative technology has a slight tendency of retrogression.The research conclusion provides a reference for the automobile manufacturing industry to break through the restrictive factors,make scientific use of resources and improve the efficiency of technological innovation.
