摘要
本文首先对柽柳中植物化学成分进行了预实验,做了定性分析,并在此基础上进一步对其中的多酚类物质进行了类型检验,分离提取,对其结构进行了表征分析。分析结果显示柽柳枝中可能有糖、多糖和甙类,其中糖具有还原,含有皂甙、鞣质、黄酮类物质,蛋白质、多肽类、氨基酸、生物碱类和蒽醌类、内酯、香豆素类物质检测均为阴性;对于多酚的分离分析表明有邻二酚羟基的黄酮类化合物;含有缩合鞣质,柽柳原花青素基本结构单元主要含有原翠雀定花色素。
The pre-experiment on plant chemical constituent from Chinese Tamarisk was established. Varietal identification and extraction and isolation on Phenolic compounds were studied.The results showed that sugar、 Glycosides、Tannins and flavonoids were found in Chinese Tamarisk, and the sugar included reducing sugar,the Glycosides included Saponins. On the other hand,there were not found to be Aminoacids、Proteins、Alkaloids、coumarin and anthraquinone in Chinese Tamarisk. The result of extraction and isolation analysis further proved that there were flavone with two adjacent hydroxide groups and condensed tannin in Chinese Tamarisk,and the basic structural unit of Chinese Tamarisk proanthocyanidin was procyanidin.
