摘要
文章指出在建立自然保护地体系的新形势下,森林公园的总体规划编制中存在的一些问题,提出总体规划编制应充分体现自然保护地政策要求、充分发挥自然教育功能、合理控制建设规模等建议。
This paper points out some problems existing in the overall planning of forest parks under the new situation of establishing nature reserve system,and puts forward some suggestions,such as fully embodying the policy requirements of nature reserves,giving full play to the function of nature education,and reasonably controlling the construction scale.
