摘要
UG自动编程过程中为了更好的完成精加工工序,在经过一次粗加工之后对剩余残料进行二次粗加工。分析了进行二次粗加工的原因,对常用二次粗加工方法的优缺点及使用方法进行了归纳总结。。
In the process of UG automatic programming,in order to better complete the finishing process,the remaining residual material is subjected to secondary roughing after one roughing.The article analyzes the reasons for the secondary roughing,and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the commonly used secondary roughing methods and the methods of use.
