高温高压飞灰过滤器是Shell煤气化的主要设备,它的故障高低直接影响气化系统能否稳定运行。介绍了高温高压飞灰过滤器检修的原因以及标准化检修的过程,并针对稳定运行提出日常维护的策略。
High-temperature and high-pressure fly ash filter is the main equipment of Shell coal gasification.Its failure directly affects the stable operation of the gasification system.It introduces the reasons of the high temperature fly ash filter and the standardized maintenance process and proposed daily maintenance strategy for stable operation.
