两步法制备灵芝孢子粉基电容炭及其电化学性能研究

摘要 本文通过低温水解和Na_(2)CO_(3)活化制备了灵芝孢子粉基电容炭,并对其电化学性能进行了研究。研究结果表明,所制备的电容炭主要为微孔结构,孔径以0.8~0.9 nm为主。扫速为5 m V·s^(-1)时,由循环伏安(CV)测试得到该电容炭的比容量为135.9 F·g^(-1)。在恒流充放电(GCD)测试中,当电流密度由0.5 A·g^(-1)增至20 A·g^(-1),该电容炭的容量保持率为80.1%,表明该样品适合大电流充放电。该样品较小的阻抗和优异的循环稳定性表明该样品具有良好的电化学性能。 The activated carbon was prepared from ganoderma lucidum spore powder by low temperature hydrolysis and Na_(2)CO_(3)activation,and its electrochemical properties were studied.The results show that the prepared activated carbon is mainly microporous,and the pore size is mainly distributed in 0.8~0.9 nm.When the scanning speed is 5 m V·s^(-1),the specific capacitance of the carbon is 135.9 F·g^(-1)by cyclic voltammetry(CV).In the constant current charge discharge(GCD)test,when the current density increases from 0.5 A·g^(-1)to 20 A·g^(-1),the capacitance retention rate of the activated carbon is 80.1%,indicating that the sample is suitable for high current charge-discharge.The small impedance and excellent cycle stability of the sample show that the sample has good electrochemical properties.
