摘要
目的对三级甲等蒙医医院医疗安全(不良)事件开展回顾性分析,以降低医疗安全(不良)事件的发生,逐步形成医疗安全文化。方法回顾性分析2018年发生的1090例医疗安全(不良)事件,对级别、类型、制度、处理情况进行统筹分析。结果无Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级事件发生,Ⅲ级事件56.8%,Ⅳ级43.2%。事件发生最多的是护理管理类事件占30.1%,其次是药品管理类、后勤治安类、医疗管理类,管理最好的是护理管理类事件。结论强化行政职能部门和科室主任的管理职责,建立激励与约束机制,提高医院应对医疗安全风险事件的能力,持续改进医院医疗质量。
Objective To conduct a retrospective analysis of the medical safety(adverse)events in the third-level first-class Mongolian hospital,so as to reduce the occurrence of medical safety(adverse)events and gradually form a medical safety culture.Methods 1090 cases of medical safety(adverse)events were retrospectively analyzed in 2018,and the level,type,system and treatment were comprehensively analyzed.Results No classⅠor classⅡevents,Ⅲclass events by 56.8%,43.2%Ⅳclass.Nursing management incidents accounted for 30.1%,followed by drug management,logistics and security,medical management,the best management is the nursing management event.Conclusion Strengthen the management responsibility of administrative departments and department heads,establish incentive and restraint mechanism,improve the hospital’s ability to deal with medical safety risk events,and continuously improve the hospital’s medical quality.
