摘要
目的分析新型冠状病毒肺炎(新冠肺炎)防控期间留观隔离者的临床特征,为疫情防控总结临床经验。方法针对银川市三区两县各医院发热门诊就诊初筛后转至银川市临时急救医院的留观隔离者,以及在宁夏第四人民医院治愈出院的新冠肺炎患者需继续在银川市临时急救医院留观的隔离者共357例,男性218例,女性139例,平均年龄(35.31±14.45)岁。对所有患者的流行病学史、症状、实验室检查、影像学表现进行系统分析。结果所有留观患者中与确诊患者有接触史者67人,其中36人确诊为新冠肺炎,占总接触人数的53.73%;以发热、咳嗽、咳痰为首发症状就诊者79.82%;87.39%以上的留观隔离者外周血白细胞计数、中性粒细胞计数及淋巴细胞计数未见明显异常,但淋巴细胞计数降低者中71.43%为新冠肺炎患者;肺部CT斑片影/渗出影为主占33.89%、肺间质改变为主占3.36%。结论综合分析留观隔离者的流行病学史、临床症状及辅助检查,对临床医生有效筛查新冠肺炎具有重要的指导意义。
Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics of isolated persons during the prevention and control of novel coronavirus pneumonia(novel coronary pneumonia),and to summarize clinical experience for epidemic prevention and control.Methods For the outpatients who were sent to the hospitals in the three districts and two counties of Yinchuan for initial screening and Ningxia Fourth People’s Hospital cured and discharged new coronary pneumonia patients need to continue to watch the isolation in Yinchuan City Temporary Emergency Hospital,357 cases of quarantine watchers collected general information,218 were male and139 were female;the average age was 35.31±14.45 years old.epidemiological history,symptoms,laboratory tests,and imaging performance was systematic analysised.Results There were 67 persons with history of contact with diagnosed patients,36 of whom were diagnosed with new coronary pneumonia,accounting for 53.73%of the total number of contacts;285 cases visited with fever,cough,and sputum as the first symptom,accounting for 79.82%;more than 87.39%There were no obvious abnormalities in peripheral blood white blood cell count,neutrophil count,and lymphocyte count in the isolated group,but 71.43%of the patients with reduced lymphocyte count were patients with neopulmonary pneumonia;CT plaque shadows/exudation shadows in lungs accounted for 33.89%,Lung interstitial changes mainly accounted for 3.36%.Conclusion A comprehensive analysis of the epidemiolo-gical history,clinical symptoms,and auxiliary examinations of the isolates has important guiding significance for clinicians to effectively screen novel coronary pneumonia.
