摘要
自然降水量匮乏成为制约甘肃农业发展的重要瓶颈。介绍全省农田水利项目资金投入、节水灌溉设施设备建设、节水灌溉农艺配套及种植结构调整、节水灌溉示范区建设的现状,针对农民节水灌溉意识薄弱、项目总体资金投入不足、灌溉方法和设施设备相对落后等问题,提供增强农民节水灌溉意识、发挥经济杠杆作用、引进先进高效节水灌溉技术、健全节水灌溉基层管理服务体系等解决对策。
Lack of natural precipitation has become an important bottleneck restricting agricultural development in Gansu province.This paper introduces the current situation of capital investment of irrigation and water conservancy projects,construction of water-saving irrigation facilities and equipment,water-saving irrigation agronomy and planting structure adjustment,and water-saving irrigation demonstration area construction.In view of the problems of farmers'weak awareness of water-saving irrigation,insufficient overall capital investment of the project,and relatively backward irrigation methods and facilities and equipment,it provides solutions such as enhancing people's awareness of water-saving irrigation,giving full play to the role of economic leverage,introducing advanced and efficient watersaving irrigation technology,and improving the grass-roots management and service system of water-saving irrigation.
