摘要
皮部理论作为经脉学说的重要组成部分,对中医学诊断和治疗理论均有着重要的指导意义,但是长期以来,学界往往忽视了皮部的理论研究而侧重于临床针刺应用,事实上,从中医学发展史来看,尤其就经脉理论的建构而言,皮部理论对于中医诊断理论体系有着补充和完善意义,也是如今中医诊断学基本原则“司外揣内”的关键环节。
As an important part of the meridian theory,the skin theory has important guiding significance for the diagnosis and treatment theory of Chinese medicine.However,for a long time,the academic circles have often neglected the theoretical research of skin and focused on the practical application of clinical acupuncture.In fact,from the perspective of the history of TCM,especially in the process of constructing meridians,the dermatological theory has an important supplementary and perfect significance to the diagnostic theoretical system of TCM,and it is also a key link in the basic principles of TCM diagnostics.
