摘要
由于微波谐振结构的周期特性,寄生通带的存在一直是微波滤波器的一个问题。尤其是在超宽带领域,为了抑制外部信号以及混频器、振荡器等器件产生的高次谐波,提高接收机的灵敏度,要求滤波器具有良好的带外抑制能力。传统微波滤波器在离开主通带中心频率的整数倍处存在寄生通带,不适合有较高带外抑制能力的应用。文中设计的滤波器带宽为0.8~2.8GHz,具有良好的带外抑制特性且结构简单,具有良好的工程应用价值。
The existence of parasitic passband is always a problem of microwave filter because of the periodic characteristic of microwave resonance structure.Especially in the field of ultra-wideband,in order to suppress the external signal and the high harmonic produced by the mixer,oscillator and other devices and improve the sensitivity of the receiver,the filter is required to have good out-of-band suppression capability.The traditional microwave filter has a parasitic passband at an integer multiple of the frequency leaving the center of the main passband,which is not suitable for applications with high out-of-band suppression capability.The filter bandwidth designed in this paper is 0.8 GHz-2.8 GHz,which has good out-of-band suppression characteristics,simple structure and good engineering application.
