摘要
经尿道前列腺激光手术是近来逐渐被临床医师认可并广泛开展的手术方式,相比传统的开放性前列腺手术或经尿道前列腺切除术(TURP),手术并发症明显减少,安全性增高。但由于不同波长激光的发光模式、能量转化效应合组织穿透深度不同,因此手术方式和术后并发症也存在差异,常见并发症有尿失禁、出血、尿路感染等,为此,本文综述了不同类型前列腺激光手术的相关并发症。
Transurethral laser surgery for prostate is a recently recognized and widely used surgical method.Compared with traditional open prostate surgery or transurethral resection of the prostate,the surgical complications of transurethral laser surgery for prostate are significantly reduced and the safety is increased.However,due to the different luminous patterns and energy conversion effects of different wavelengths of laser and the different depth of tissue penetration,there are also differences in surgical methods and postoperative complications.Common complications include urinary incontinence,hemorrhage,urinary tract infection,etc.This article reviews the complications related to different types of prostate laser surgery.
