摘要
目的:探讨基于3D Slicer软件的三维可视化技术在输尿管软镜钬激光碎石手术中的应用。方法:回顾性分析2019年1月-2021年6月我院行输尿管软镜钬激光碎石手术92例患者的临床资料,其中基于3D Slicer软件三维可视化技术指导的输尿管软镜钬激光碎石手术30例,采用传统输尿管软镜钬激光碎石手术62例。运用SPSS 26.0倾向性评分匹配,得到两组各30例进行比较。结果:三维可视化技术指导的输尿管软镜碎石组(三维可视化组)和传统输尿管软镜碎石组(传统组)患者的基线资料具有可比性。三维可视化组的手术时间用时较短(P=0.04),术后4周的结石清除率,三维可视化组高于传统组(P=0.03)。结论:应用3D Slicer软件重建的肾和结石三维可视化模型,可准确显示集合系统形态和结石的具体位置,通过术者术中认知融合,有利于缩短手术时间,减少术后残石率。
Objective:To investigate the application of 3D visualization technology based on 3D slicer software in flexible ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy.Methods:The clinical data of 92 patients who underwent ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy in our hospital between January 2019 and June 2021 were analyzed retrospectively.A total of 30 cases were treated by flexible ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy based on three-dimensional visualization technology,and 62 cases were treated by traditional flexible ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy.We used the match of tendentious score by SPSS26.0 to choose 30 cases in each group.The clinical data were compared and analyzed.Results:The baseline data of patients in the three-dimensional visualization guided ureteroscopic lithotripsy group(three-dimensional visualization group)and the traditional ureteroscopic lithotripsy group(traditional group)were comparable.The operation time in the three-dimensional visualization group was shorter(P=0.04),and the stone clearance rate at 4th week after operation in the three-dimensional visualization group was higher than that in the traditional group(P=0.03).Conclusions:The 3D visualization model of kidney and stone reconstructed by 3D slicer software can accurately display the shape of the collection system and the specific location of the stone.Through the intraoperative cognitive fusion of the operator,it is helpful to shorten the operation time and reduce the rate of postoperative residual stone.
